 POTOMAC VALLEY SPORTS CAMP
BEFORE AND AFTER CAMP APPLICATION

The JDS Sports Camp will be offering Early Drop and After Camp programming.  The Early Drop program will be available from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM, and the After Camp program is available from 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM.  There will be a snack provided during the After Camp program.

The fees for this programming are as follows:

            Early Drop                   $60.00 per 2-week session
            After Camp                  $80.00 per 2 week session

This year we will be offering a one-day fee of $12.00 per day.  These arrangements must be made 24 hours in advance of the desired day.

For any After Camp children picked up after 6:00 PM, there will be a late charge of $1.00 per minute, per child, payable the next day of camp.

Payment will be accepted until the last Friday before the beginning of each session.  Any questions, feel free to call (301) 881-1404, ext. 4990.

I agree to the drop off and pick up times of the JDS Sports Camp extended day program.  If for any reason my child is picked up after 6:00 PM.  I agree to pay the late fee before the end of camp the next day.
